Step one- Untie the silly "Granny scarf" Not sure why she called it that, neither of her grannies wear one...
Step two- take out sponge curlers...
Step three- allow bouncy curls to fall in her face...
Step four- comb fingers through it and spray it as big as it will go!
So EASY! (Ruth is never happier than when her hair is big and bouffy with curls. She should have been born in the 70's!)
NOW How to make a kid happy in 2 easy steps:
Step one- Dump out 2 full clothes totes.

Give his sister a balloon! Ever since Liam was tiny Ruth was the one person that could get him to really belly laugh. We dont hear it too often, but when we do its usually Ruth with a Balloon. Not sure why he thinks they are so darn funny, but there it is!
