We went to Rio Rico this past Saturday for my nephew Carter's baptism.

He was excited to meet his new cousin Adele, and he is so good with babies. I can't believe he is 8 now! Travis works for the border patrol now, so they are right by Mexico, Callie said we were going to get a little taste of what their ward is like at the baptizm because a little girl was being baptized as well, and her family only spoke Spanish. Their were talks both in Spanish and English, the Hymns (and Hymnos) were sung in both languages simultaneously (that was interesting) and LUCKILY Reddin, (Marcus brother and my brother Travis' friend) was there because they didn't have another Spanish brother to be the witness at the font! Speaking of my brother, Travis got to meet her yesterday for the first time as well;

It was fun to spend time with family. We went over to Trav and Callie's house afterwards for a bit to hang out. Liam got to cut some paper with scissors while we were there.

He had everyone laughing when we noticed he was opening and closing his mouth every time he opened and closed the scissors!
Happy birthday Carter!
