The presidents day unit my kids have been working on at school has certainly been entertaining, none so much as today when Ruth showed me what she had been working on in class:


At the last parent-teacher conf. her teacher told me how much she and the aide look forward to reviewing Ruth's work because its always so entertaining and creative. I would have to agree, though I'm not sure I would have voted for a president with eyes and a smile like her Abe Lincoln... This ones a bit cuter though:
