This is Ruth in her new birthday outfit she got From Grandma Holly. (she had to pose with the balloons...)
This is how she looked as I drove up to get her after school.
All the teachers think she is hilarious. I'm not sure why. could be the huge hats and fancy sun glasses she loves. If she forgets her sun glasses she walks to the car like she is blind; obviously she thinks she is so funny too.
OKAY I think she's funny (most of the time) I was sure laughing as I took this picture:

Ruthie I thought of you on your birthday. I was reading my journal and there was an entry telling about your birth and it made me smile to think of your little body and all that hair right on top of your head! Sorry we can't be at your party but I love you girl!

Six was definately a milestone...mine will be eight this year (gulp!).
