We were at Travs sprinkle at his Aunts house and Sawyer came running in and said that Ruth and Neil were crying and they had a bug on there foot. Marcus took off outside. All the adults outside thought that they were hitting each other with the sticks in there hands so they were just going to come in and tell Marcus, but they were standing in an ant pile, just standing there. Getting eaten alive by ants. Crazy kids. He brought them in and I took there clothes off and killed a few more. Ruth kept asking why Neil was just standing there letting the bugs bite him. Marcus and I were both like ‘why were you still standing there letting them bite you?’
-Last Sunday Neil went to Nursery without a fuss. *Yeah!* It only took what…4 months. Marcus said he just told him that he was going to leave and Neil would have fun with his ball and he said “okay…Back?” and Marcus reassured him that yes he would be back later to get him.
-We were listening to Raffi in the car (or Faffi as Neil calls him) and an instrumental piece came on that a little girl says is called “Spring Flowers” Ruth listened for a bit then said: “This song doesn't sound like ‘Spring Flowers’ to me.” So we chuckled and asked her what she thought it did sound like. She said it sounded like “Food Flowers”.
